PS. Forgot to tell you the price, AUD$ 195,000 each, giving you
AUD$ 14,625 first year return plus your holiday accommodation
valued at AUD$ 250 per night X 30 days = $ 7,500.
Each year we increase your return by the Australian CPI.
Quite honestly, I looked at 60-40 % splits, management fees only
@ 15%, where you pay for all costs, all too hard and
complicated, who pays for what? With this 7.5% PA return that is
CPI every year, we cover all costs- from management fees to
insurance and maintenance. You have a clear return on your
investment, if you would like to finance this piece of real
estate, the Westpac Bank has indicated that they will look at
about 50% on finance (to approved customers).
This is a solid long term investment, well managed guaranteeing
you an excellent return for as long as you own the strata title.
