If you wish to submit an expression of interest please complete your name and email address in the form below and insert the $ amount that you are willing to pay for the property.

The Seller will only sell the property if an acceptable expression of interest exceeding the reserve price is received.  Parties who submit an acceptable offer price will be invited by email to sign the contract of sale which can be downloaded from this website.

 

The Seller may send more than one invitation if parties submit the same offer price and the Seller will accept the first contract to be received.
